Dream Beds is a 2-year experiment I'm running to see if it's possible to create a fully autonomous, monetized Youtube channel. Meaning that the system alone creates and schedules all the videos automatically based on data that it collects via Youtube API. The system automates: converting Youtube channel/niche SEO research into Midjourney prompts and images → AI image-to-video (fal.ai) → Topaz upscaling → ffmpeg conditional rendering (looped, slow-mo, 4K) → 3-hour 4K ambient sleep wellness videos— complete with SEO metadata, thumbnails, and Amazon affiliate links. Another system reformats and repurposes all generated content and schedules posts across 10+ social networks to drive traffic back to the channel. Currently 2 months in with 60+ videos live, +87% views, +262% watch hours, and +600% subscribers vs. prior 28 days.
