SOS OS (sauce•auce) is the native mobile ops console I created for managing 10+ SKUs across 10+ sales channels from the Tango warehouse. Replaced a decade-long notes-app workflow with a real system that connects to and automates everything- inventory syncing (in-house, UNFI, Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, etc), order parsing, ingredient and production demand/impact, kitchen shift and staff scheduling, production stages, pallet/shipping forms, and handles fulfillment status and invoicing. Eliminated endless mental math and guesstimation with a fast, organized workflow that helps me achieve 80% of my operations tasks with just a few taps.
