Designed and developed FFEEDD, a terminal-inspired pixel-fonts journal app for iPhone built to make capturing ideas feel instant and beautiful. Everyone knows it's ideal to get ideas out as fast as they come in, and yet not a single notes app existed where when you opened the app, the keyboard slid right up on a brand new note. Recently, re-watching The Matrix, I wondered why we don't see much terminal aesthetic in our ultra digital, nostalgia-obsessed lives— obviously this was the perfect look for my quick notes app. I went down a [white] rabbit hole studying the look and feel of UI/UX in vintage tech, and discovered an S-tier collection of authentic icon pixel fonts from the iconic computers and phones from the 80s and 90s, and got carried away trying to do them justice. I use FFEEDD every day.
